Your claim has been approved; however your claim amount is for $0 (or a very little amount).
The reason for this is the Credit Card Processing company you may have used over the years hasn’t made their interchange fees publicly available. Some examples of companies are:
We will be updating this page with other processing companies that don’t make their interchange fees publicly available.
In other words, the System Administrator and the attorneys ran your EIN through the system, and couldn’t find any transactions linked to your business, because your processing company didn’t make these figures public.
But we have found a way to make sure you receive all the money you are supposed to receive.
All you have to do is go to your payment processor(s) over the years and download the yearly statements from 2004-2019 (whatever years are relevant to your business).
Then, you’d email them to [email protected] with your business name attached, and we will forward them to the System Administrator.
We will get an updated figure for your claim and notify you as soon as we have confirmed the amount.
Although there is a bit of rigamarole involved, it is worth the effort - especially if you have received card payments over the years. It would be a shame to not get compensated over all your overpayments.
And we will do whatever we can to make sure you get as much money as possible. If this proves difficult, you can contact [email protected] or call (512) 580-9139 and George will guide you through the process.
We look forward to getting you your claim.
Have a blessed day in the meantime.
